I was thinking that someone else might have run accross this problem. When I try and use my card to pay for my other account I have a problem. A message comes up that I should contact my issueing bank. When I talked with my bank they say that there is no problem and even showed me where SOE tried to charge my account.
Anyone have this problem and get it resolved?

Make sure your billing address is correct. That was my issue.
My card has a password at the end I need to type in for it to work. I recently had a problem with that not working because the system wouldn't verify it for some reason. It did work after some time though.
In the past I also had an issue with the wrong country code listed on my card in my account info area. It was listed as Samoa instead of the USA. How that happened I have no clue because it worked the month before.
