Friday: Killed Lodi for the first time thanks to Jonwin's rogue doing some advanced scouting. Necro is 2/4 on the way to the eyepatch... (I know, not really something a necro needs but I got the Stormfeather drop by fluke so I might as well see it through).
Alwayslost took me on a Kunark Dragon hunt, we got Gorenaire which was fun for me since I had only seen her up once years before and that time got killed then camp-hopped while running back from my bind point.
Then he set me up in the mastodon camp in Icefall glacier for my 70 necro (where I had never been)amazing xp and fun. I hadn't been somewhere I could easily kill, (with caution... they can eat me fast) but had to dot the mobs 3 full cycles to kill, since I was a tad low for killing in Nobles Causeway --and that was a few years back. Now the trick will be to not burn myself out in there.
Saturday: I only played a couple of hours, so I went to the Warrens. It had been on my to-do list for ages and faction+ bonus made it worth the time.
Sunday: Did enough kobold killing and got myself to amiable with the Heretics. Wish I could engage/kill the cliknars infesting Paineel. I know if I ever see them in Underfoot (as in get to that content) I will hate them.
Spent some time talking in general chat trying to find a researcher for 4 level 69/70 (not rune-made) spells I still need. Had one contact mentioned but didn't get to talk to them online... had another when I mentioned I would tip 10k to the person that handed me the 4 spells. But still waiting for an actual delivery.
1 of the 4 spells is in baz on a trader that wants 9999 plat for every spell he/she has --whether they would be considered high-utility or not. On principle I'd rather wait than feed that person my limited funds.
Actually, I will probably reach my AA goal and level to 75 before I could afford to buy multiple spells from that person... at 75 I won't need them either, they'd just make right now more efficient.

Got a start Thanksgiving eve with Alwayslost and Snailish helping me in Cobalt scar with shaman 1.5 epic kill. Then played with my beastlord in Griegs with othe aude sapere folks.
Friday I worked holiday pay!. I got Lodi with my 55 druid after failing with my 60 rogue and healer merc. Warrior merc died and lodi almos got the druid but the lil bear got the aggro and i was able to get off one heal to make lodi run at low health. Still took about 3 min to kill him then. Ran BL around and back to griegs. Wanted to do PON but the task was for hobgoblins and at 60 I didnt think i could handle them when they ran.
rogue died again to lodi but not before snailish was able to get into zone and get the kill.
Saturday I had off! I had run winjon to DSH and relogged him when Alwalys brought
druid along. Died twice in a half hour. Once to the mechanic guard and once to a foolish tag of a named when we weren't ready. After that steady pulling for about 2 hours of doombugs and a few crows. Later ran Jonwinnie around for steps in 1.5 alchemy tasks. Beastlord in griegs, tried druid in Mesa for 55 breath task. Died. Ran him back into zone and then brought ranger in. Started pulling the dryads with the ranger was able to handle 3 or 4 at a time but slowly ran out of manna. Finally zoned out to steppes when I kept getting stunned and had about 8 mobs on me with 2 of them being healers. Also did lots of laundry and made soup with beans and leftover turkey.
Sunday Logged onto range and saw 55 mob up. Started to attack and then went LD. Came back to ranger in lobby. Used exp recovery and ran back to mesa. This time I had no LD and mob died. Went to log onto druid and game timed out on me. DOOH!
Restarted game and was able to get back in time for loot. Went and got the breath upgrade and started on wayfarers task for the 55. Took a early morning nap. Read a bit and took elne shopping at her crafts store.
Back home I was able to get winjon into a dsh farm group and for 3 hours had steady pulls and killing. Picked up 6 aa's and some exp to 71.
Logged out to watch some tv, watched the steelers lose in OT to the ravens

As last week was closing I was using my faction bonus to kill gnolls (with Sam) in Jaggedpine. I managed to get to indifferent on all of the outpost people so thinking I was done, I popped into Surefall Glade but Hagar Sureshot, the ranger guildmaster is still threatening. Disheartened with the slow progress, I quit and set up my trader for the rest of the weekend.
I then proceeded to rip my computer apart and install upgrades, and installed Win7 with a seamless Ubuntu virtual box running on top. It's just a beautiful thing to see - sandboxed Linux apps running right along side Windows apps (i.e. games). No more multi-booting.
