New mobs in the Great Divide

Does anyone know what the new mobs (a Snowdwarf Toymaker) are for at the Frost Giant castle in the Great Divide? any info would be much appreciated.

I have found out a little more. If you go into the centre of the castle there are task givers there. But as far as I can see the mobs they refer you to are not at the moment available.

Anyone with newer info please post in here.

Part of 2007 Frostfall events. Not sure if they were active this year, but have been the last few years prior to this one.

Thanks for the info but it looks like the quests are broken as there are no snowmen guarding Bram, just cave Kodiaks who keep respawning. I killed dozens but the snowmen never popped, so I was unable to speak to Bram as until you have killed the snowmen he refuses to speak to you.
