Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me, I once saw a Monk pull from a distance with something that looked like a ( Snowball ) he said it was very cool and never runs out of ammo! can someone help me with the name of this item?

It's pretty rare though. I've only seen it once, and is on my Iksar War, and I've had alot of toons in DSK farming augs and back in the day, doing the DPoB access quests along with other things.
The Best Ranged DPS ratio item in the game that isn't a GM gift or other never-to-be-seen-again item is Monk-only, called Shuriken of the Tranquil:

My Ogre SK throws Monks...they are very plentiful...and sometimes make great noises while flying through the air.

If it wasn't the pouch that Yther mentioned,then the ammo you saw being used was probably Starfish Stones, summoned from a Stoneroot Starfish. It's a very rare drop from anything in Stoneroot Falls.
One that's easier to get, because it drops from a static spawn (Jotik the Guardian) is The Guardian's Pouch.

I thought it was to prevent this sort of thing that they aborted the gnome monk idea.
