Was part of the merger losing all your level 1 alts and mules on the account? It's an active account. I haven't been playing the last few months but I did pre-pay 2 years (to get all the Veteran AA's). Logged on for the first time in about 12 weeks and the only character on my account is my 85 main. Lost 2 level 1 bazaar mules with millions of pp worth of stuff. Maybe some of it had lost value in the interim but stuff like fungi tunic always holds its value.
Was this par for the course with the mergers or do I have recourse? Anyone know?

As part of the merger yes there was an announcement about any under level 10 toons who had not been logged on in x days, would be deleted. I just don't remember the exact number of days. I do know Miss mandie had stopped by to log in her level 1 toon and some lower alts.

I think there was a later notice, maybe after the mergers, that all <10 not logged in for a few weeks or a month would be deleted, but I can't remember for sure, or have time to hunt for it right now. Maybe later, I'll look and edit it in.

Simply petition on the account and they'll bring em back easy enough.
I petitioned on the website (because every time I tried to petition in-game I would crash) and sure enough within 24 hours they restored all the level 1's on the same account. Very impressive quick service! That's the way to treat Sony's remaining EQ customers! ;)
