Fippy server locked...

So this may be a stupid question but i just got back into game and thought that fippy sounds awesome. a progression server yes!!! so i purchased the 14.99mo subscription but fippy is locked... can someone tell me what im missing?

Fippy opens on the 15th, but has been on the server list as locked for a couple of days now.

So unless they surprise us by unlocking it early, we can only look.

I've been scouting out classes and Newb zones on regular servers the past few days getting myself ready for Fippy.
