i also play on rathe,what is your toon name?.could help you with some items ect.
btw i used to 2 box on the same computer since many years.now i 3box (on same comp )and it's easier than i tought.
i don't use any program,i alt/tab or click the EQ tab at the bottom.

i play shaman (main )and mage (and adding either a chanter or druid or necro all lv 90.depending of my needs.
my alts toon ,i got some hot key that i need to click once to let them chain cast 5 dd's or dots...

you only have to creat a hot key (name it what you want ) and on each line (5 total )you can type =

/pause 45, /cast 1
/pause 45, /cast 2
/pause 40, /cast 3
/pause 50, /cast 12
/pause 45, /cast 2

( even if your 1st line you see /pause 45 or whatever,it will cast the spell right away,other one will have the delay you done for them ).

ps= /pause 10 = 1 sec............/pause 40 = 4 seconds ... /pause 120 = 12 sec ,,/pause 45 =4.5 sec ect.

the /cast 1 = your 1st top spell casting (we can have up to 12 )../cast 3 is your 3rd .ect...

my druid (or shaman )if i need him to chain cast heal who for me is on the 6th casting slot would be:

/pause 40, /cast 6
/pause 40, /cast 6
/pause 40, /cast 6
/pause 40, /cast 6
/pause 40, /cast 6

PS: be carefull if you hit those hotkeys it will cast those spells and you can t interupt them until the 5th spell been casted.if you want to cast another spell u will need to left click on the spell casting gem.

like for my enchanter if it start to cast the 5 spell and adds adds,i can left click the MEZ spell,can get off target to not let the other cast from the hot key damaging him..ect.

PS: some spells are longer to cast or refresh,that's why you might need to change the value for the /pause and see,,,if the spell casting was not gtg,,you can just add some more. ex: /pause 40 could be /pause 50 ect..
