I'm trying to cancel my account. I can't find a way to do it. Can you help me? )

Everything is down atm so you won't be able to today . Think normally you can just go to the payment details on the account section and remove the credit card to cancel

If you're trying to cancel a Zam premium account its ..
How do I turn off the auto renewal or cancel service?
The auto-renewal option, only viewable with Premium Subscription access, can be changed on your user settings page by accessing Account Settings and clicking the date of renewal (left click on your user name below the search box top left )
EQ accounts are cancelled through SoE website or the EQ log in

Is it EQ that you're trying to cancel? If so, all of SOE is offline currently.

You've used the email Cyliena asked you too?
You've personal-messaged Cyliena (I guess that's an option...) ?
Either of the above is far more efficient I would think than hoping someone sees a forum thread in a timely manner.
Everyone I have ever known in real-life that has ever unsubbed-premium (including myself) just had to click on one check-box and let the cycle run out. So I will admit I am not clear on your ongoing issue.

Should be getting this if you have a premium account where you can click the auto-renew at the bottom on or off ...
