Randall of the Fellows to learn about them, and the basics of how they work. Probably not noted there is the recent change that allows adding players while not near Randall. I think you still have to be near him to create one though?

Fellow Wyllie for supplies needed to create a campfire. The names give a decent clue as to what benefits you get from them. EDIT: One of my favorites for pre-raid buffing is to use the extended enhancement one along with a descent worn extended enhancement item (Mag summoned one if on a toon that doesn't have one), to get cast the longest buffs.

None that I'm aware, but I'd assume the XP sharing has the same limits as normal
group xp level span.

Yes, join a fellowship or have someone create one, so you are not the fellowship leader, than have them invite the alts.
