Ok so I'm a new player at EQ. Currently on lvl. 6 human/wizard.
I started the Arcana scientist trausers quest(https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=1840). I gathered all items, have enchanted sewing kit and everything but for some reason I can combine them. I also tried using the loom, but it doesn't work. Idk I could be doing something wrong maybe.
Anyone has any idea what to do?

Tolken13, you need to make sure everything put in your magical sewingkit is unstacked. So don't put 6 stacked woven spidersilks in 1 slot but each silk in a slot in the kit, same applies to any other quest/tradeskill combine, or hand in, never give a sack or try combine a stack.
if that doesn't solve it post back and we'll see what else can be the trouble
