Hello everyone, this seems to be the most active forum I have come across lately and have a question regarding server selection. I am looking for a fairly active guild that does some grouping etc as I love this game but the only thing holding me back is a good group of players to play with! According to the sticky above the Antonia Bayle server seems to be the mose populated, but I also read elsewhere that the EU server was quiet good aswell. Any input from you all would be much appreciated, thank you for your time!
For regular north american servers Povar and Bristlebane both appear to be healthy.
Fironia Vie server you could transfer your old characters to for free and enjoy higher xp rate and the slightly wacky ruleset (have to learn languages, most notrade gear is tradable...). The population on FV appears alright, but might be lacking at top-end if heavy raiding is your goal. So do some guild-sniffing ahead of time if that is your goal.
Timelocked progression servers appeal to some (I've been dabbling there). Vulak has the smaller population.
You could always try out a couple of servers and see which one feels right.
