Weekend Update - September 19 EditionFollow

#1 Sep 19 2011 at 5:54 AM Rating: Good

Monday seems to come faster and faster all the time.

Anyway. I played around a little bit. Found the tunnels under Kurns and set up shop there for my cleric/ranger combo. Pulls were steady, but it seemed to be rather slow going XP wise. The Burnai flee. That's important to remember; ranger has got to snare them!!! Died a couple times due to that mistake. I may look to move to another area (maybe Unrest) for better XP. I need to remember to make myself some DS potions though. That would help.

Didn't spend much time on the shaman this weekend. Ran into ToFS and checked it out really quick (sorry to the group at the entrance for my add that I trained on them.)

That was about it. Played with my little one a bit. She put a rainbow tattoo on my arm and a bear paw print on my back (mostly washed off this morning.) She got a kick out of that. And as usual, I drove the older one around all over like I was her personal chauffeur. She gets her license in February, so that will help!

I spent 2k on a weapon I didn't like so I tributed it moving forward. I just can't quit my salad fork of doom (intricate defiant trident). I went to velks and scored silverwing cloak last night weeeee. I hit combat fury 3, time to finish combat stability 3 then moving to 60.

Have a great week!

Hosted a group of Submarine vets aboard the USS CONSTELLATION. Sang "Showers" by TOM LEWIS for many of them. They loved it having served aboard a diesel boat. Played Warlors IV some more on the computer. Thought about getting into Eq.
Sat went with Elne to the American Visionary Arts Museum. Was very disappointed to have just missed the exhibit I wanted to see. Elne was happier since she hadn't been to it for a while. Finished up by grocery shopping then home. More Warlords IV, and watched the first season of The Shield on dvd.
Sunday Ellen wanted to go to a local neighborhood fair so we did. Finished off the afternoon watching the Ravens get shoved around by the Titans. (Football not EQ.)

I know. I'm a Steeler fan. Seeing the Ravnes let down was nice, though the smell of that butt whipping last week is still too fresh.

I have been a Steelers fan since the Colts left. I root for the Ravens as well, when they play I cheer both.

Couple short nights of eq brought my crew to a new milestone of 84. Next step is to run around for a few nights picking up what spells I can. Then I have decided to go to 85.
