Weekend Update - October 17th 2011Follow

HAPPY MONDAY.

So, interesting weekend. Not too much EQing though.

On Saturday, I just futzed around a bit. Killing deathfist orc scouts for the dang scalp. Finally got the last one I needed, so now I have a pair of bracers.

Also killed the undead stewards for the tome pages. Got all 4 and got the book. Little disappointed it wasn't a weapon. Plus the stats were a bit lower than I'd have liked.

After that, went to Najena for a little bit, and killed some undead at the entrance. XP was very good, though I did die a few times.

Watched the football game at 1 on Sat and then we went pumpkin picking at 4, so that was most of the day.

Friday night, I studied for my Biology class.

Saturday and Sunday were spent in the following order: sleep, eat, everquest. And a variation of the 3. Hehehe. School hurts my brain, so I try to keep my weekends for EQ stuffs.

I actually played EQ Saturday night... I had been camped out in Plane of Hate from helping my brother try for and epic drop. I ended up just sweeping around a couple of cycles. At level 70 it wasn't great xp, but I managed 5ish AA and about 2500p in drops (got lucky on the armor trade-ins for gems with 3 blue diamonds).

I really wish they'd add some more layers to Plane of Hate. The medieval village could be 10x the size and go all the way up to level 100 in my opinion. Incorporate some porter things (Like erudin) so it couldn't become train central.
