Hi.
Just started necromancer on the progression server. I havent played EQ for about 7 years, so I need some guideance to hunting places.
I just hitted 21 with ny necromancer, and now I'm a bit clueless where I should be heading. I really enjoy camps where I can combine my school work. Any kind soul who can give me some leveling advice from 21 -->?

Current level lake of ill omen sarnak fort. Around 30 Firiona Vie 35 Frontier Mountains there is a giant fort there 40 Burning Woods undead camp or city of mist 45 dreadlands or city of mist undead stable to 51ish then skyfire mountains kite them nasties except the chromdac flappers they eat all your buffs to what 53 mines of nurga tier 3 mobs can move into tier 4 to hit 60 im not sure if veksar is open since it was a free zone added to game there is a tier 5 mines of nurga too nurga is a great zone mostly all singles low aggro radius

There's an island in ocean of tears that has skeletons and gargoyles on it. Stupidly easy kills as a necro in the 20s as only the gargoyles add, and great xp (for the bad solo xp that is progression server) and you can sell the garg eyes for decent plat to the vendors.
Grouping-wise Castle Mistmoore and High keep basement can be good for the 20s. Kurn's tower usually gets bad for me by 16 (basement is not efficient soloing). The Overthere is a super calm necro solo friendly area that can last into the 40s if you really don't mind slowish xp (soloing on prog though... it might not be that noticable).
Tower of Frozen Shadow is a very good xp zone for anyone with undead killing prowness. The snow cougars outside in Iceclad are decent in the 30s (not much of velious is soloable under 40 but those 2 stand out in my memory).
Took my necro to 45/46 on progression and lost interest. Since the server xp mod negates the advantage of killing red cons solo I found it tedious (perhaps if I had lasted till better mana/hp gear was out there I would have felt differently).
As long as you are happy taking it slow, you'll probably have fun and get lots of school work done while medding...
