My 76 beasty had 2.5 years of dusk on him. I was able to get https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=83900 yesterday, nice upgrade from the 20 power focus. I feel more relaxed now as beasty has 665 AA epic 1.5. I'm working on getting 1k AA in no hurry though. I put my 66 mage out to pasture, along with my 62 pally.
