Last monday my brother and I started putting some levels onto our necros: I got to 73 he's 72 now. Our power is laughably superior to what it was when we were 70/67 duoing.

Saturday I logged in solo and dinged 74. Ashengate pyre rank II has been in my bank for months (if not years... I've lost track) and it was worth getting that level alone. The spiders in Icefall cry when I zone in now (that is such an easy kiting camp).

We'll likely play tonight and I expect to get to 75. We're going to hold there for a bit to let him catch up some AA. I'm over 1000aa and have had almost nothing to buy 71-74 so I am looking forward to 75 giving me some better options again.

My brother is also talking about hitting some newer-than-TSS content which is a good thing as neither of us have really done any of it.

I had a fun weekend.

I took my shaman epic up to the point of needing a group (Ghiosk or something in City of Mist), so I'm in a bit of a delay until I can get some help. But I didn't ask for any. Instead, I went back to East Wastes, and worked on the coldain ring. I got 3 more quests done, and now I'm to the step where I have the war at the orc fort. Need a few people for that one too. LOL.

Yesterday, I didn't do too much. Camped the grimling runner for the rallic pack pattern. Got that, and now I'm working on the other parts (perfect owlbear pelt is where I am now, but I do need more shadeling silks since I failed on the cord.

And I played a little Evony as well. And some Words with Friends with the wife and some other friends.

That was about it for me. Saturday night was the Father/Daughter dinner dance with the girl scouts. My little one had an absolute ball.

And here we are, Monday again. Just trying to figure out where to get some flowers for the wife today or tomorrow.

I've been working hard to complete the Lunar Festival Elders quest in WoW so haven't been in EQ for weeks. My current Station Pass expired today. I had just the final jewelry making skill ups left to complete the 7th Coldain Prayer Shawl so wanted to finish that last night and be at a good "stopping place" re: my EQ goals until I decide to purchase another Station Pass.

The next-to-last NPC I needed just handed the shawl back to me without the dialogue and the "quest completed" sound to continue on. Maybe he hasn't seen a prayer shawl in so long that he looked at it, turned it over a few times, and handed it back with a puzzled expression on his face. I'm hesitant to attempt to hand it to the next NPC for fear the shawl will poof and I've worked literally years on this quest on and off. I sent a ticket to EQ customer service re: this situation and am interested in what their response will be. If/when it's fixed, I'll need to buy a Station Pass to complete that.

Not sure how EQ will be handling the transition when F2P begins, I put the shawl in the bag in my first slot on my character...just in case.

Friday, I spent playing some Skyrim and wrote about a page for my English course. Saturday morning, had class. Came home and worked on my English paper some more and then played on my new Cleric. She's now level 22, woot! Sunday, I spent sleeping until 3PM because waking up at 5:30am is wearing me out. =P
