Here's a good link from Everquest Players: Lore Library.
Lore of Norrath is also put together very nicely.
There's also an Everquest Lore Wiki, but it's not as complete as the EQ Players.
There used to be another site that was a compendium of sorts of books that were found in-game, but I'm not finding it now.
