Custom Guildhalls vanish after servers crash

Our neighborhood GH on the cazic server vanished with a server wide crash a few days ago, we lost all our trophies, anchors and 2 million plat. Petitions have been put in no reply even after 4 days. Has this happened to anyone else?

Which guild is it on Cazic? I've heard this has happened to a few but ours is still up (and was even accessible when folks were saying neighborhood GHs were 'down').

I had heard of this happening to a couple guilds on CT but I thought the rollback (that came when the servers were brought back up) might've solved the issue. Apparently not.

Reason you havent heard anything might be due to the fact that since FTPlay CS has had 700+++ tickets at any one time.
Just bare with them, and make sure that whoever is the guildleader has a list of some of the items you are missing. This will assist the GMs to find your items.
