Gnollish Tools Quest Follow

I have done this quest before. It is possible that something has broken it recently...

But make sure:

-You are handing the items into the correct NPC (it should say in the quest/task window since this is a modern task).

-If the items are stackable (I don't recall these being so) that you are handing them in 1-per-slot rather than stacked.

It may be broken. I haven't heard any confirmation, but a few TSS quests have been broken recently. Also, a common problem people have with this quest is the gnolls drop several item that all look like the quest pieces but only one each is. In particular you want:
