Is there (or could there be) a way to use the ZAM search tool to find Bags with at least 12 slots and 100% Weight Reductions?
I can search for containers, but there are quite a few. I can hover over each item in the result set to get this info but it would be nice to simply add this criteria to the search/filter.

From what I remember they couldn't add any more fields to the search page, because some browsers couldn't deal with such long URL strings. You can search the site feedback forum to find the relevant posts.
An alternative is to use the sortable wiki tables I've made up for containers at https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/EQ:Items_Containers
You'll want the first link which is 8+ slots, 100% WR.

Anyone can. https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/Help_for_New_Editors is a good starting point, and playing with the Sandbox ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/EQ:Sandbox ) or your own personal wiki page ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/User:Wenuvan ) is good also.
