I'm returning to EQ2 but now whenever I try to log in I keep getting Network Timeout? Are you servers down?

I think I might have figured it out. I was using the old launcher I got with the all in one EQ2 pack I got back in 2005. I'm now downloading the game and new launcher so in 14gb download hopefully it will let me log in.
