Under the bridge as you Enter South Karana from NK is a NPC Cikdew (nothing on Alla about her). She gives the task "The Witch's Wish" says take this but gives nothing and when you click on task all it says is "Hi"?
Anyone know anything about this?

I've been unable to elicit a response to anything, but the names, Cikdew and Glinda are references to the musical "Wicked", Cikdew being an anagram of wicked. She wouldn't take the witches hat (having importance in the musical) and would say nothing else.
