Please help Serpent's Spine rank 2 spell dropsFollow

Hello, I would like to know where are good spots to camp for 71, 72 and 74 rank 2 spells. I've never seen a spell drop off gnolls in the steppes.

Yesterday in Valdeholm rank 2 level 73 spells dropped at a decent rate off giants.

In Ashengate level 75 rank 2 spells drop at a decent rate off a reliquary guardian.

I'm making this a personal quest to find the rank 2 spells. I just want to be in the right spots.
