What's a nice charm aug to get (mid-80s)?Follow

As you work your way through SoD progression, you will encounter many charms with stats in the 500 area.

The only one I know of better than the "Wanderlust aug" for Charm slots is "Valthun's Memory Shard" but the AC/HP/Mana stats are only slightly better for the effort. While it lacks the other stats.

Of these, the Gold Plated ones are from Dragons, Dragons, Dragons quest when it's available and I've heard very descent results even when soloing the quest. Adventurer's Stone is also a good one, but takes a lot of time (about 300 missions iirc).

Slipgear is fast, but if you've done all of the Wanderlust, it'll be better.

Not affiliated, but uses same type of item collector to gather it's information. The collector needs updated atm, but the site still has most items pre-RoF.

EDIT: Might need to look at http://eq.zam.com/wiki/EQ:Lucy_Item_Definitions and specifically https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/EQ:Lucy_Item_Definitions#Bit_Flags_Sub-Table and other tables, if you decide to try the Guru search there. The Advanced search is good, but Guru is needed for some things like the Charm Augs only search I linked.

Yea, but you have to use the Guru search for that, and type 3 as listed in the table I linked earlier lists type 3 has a value of 4. Here's a simple using items.augtype & 4 only. If you wanted it sorted by something else, but it in the first line and use an AND items.augtype & 4 on the second line. Like for HPs, use items.hp > 0.

I'm an IT person, so I understand what you're explaining, no problem. Now I know why my searches weren't working, I was using type=3. Now I know to convert the type first :)
