Looks like everyone is having fun, so I'll just have to pop in and visit all the old stomping grounds. The old-school route some of you are doing has brought back a lot of memories. Perhaps I'll give that a whirl. Last I remember my Povar slots are full, though, so I just might whip up a toon on Xegony and stalk Bijou. Smiley: sly

Lol.. or Cazic and stalk Jophiel! (I have a level 4 shaman there... but Banner is distracting me from playing it).

Started a DE mage on Xegony. Wanted to be pretty much self sufficient, so mage seemed the most logical choice.

Slaughtered numerous rats in the city. Reached level 3 before collecting 4 whiskers to turn in for a few gold. I guess Neriak rats are not in need of whiskers. The coins were enough for a few spells and then I made my way out of the city. Spent the next 2 levels keeping the city entrance clear of skeletons, wolves, spiders and beetles.

All in all, a good start. I think after a couple more levels I'll head to the commonlands. Nektulos is too dark and gloomy but having fun!

Yay! Look for any Lunar mutant for an invite. Kept an eye out for Bijou's shammy to invite him but haven't caught him on, yet. Raid force of mutants incoming! Smiley: clap

Awesome!

That's part of what I like about this concept: there's no obligation to play regularly, keep up, or even do anything! Smiley: lol

Life on the moon is interesting, especially low levels as a silk class. They (SoE devs) still subscribed to the large races itemization thing too, so it's actually easier to gear up a Troll on the moon than a gnome (and least from what we are finding).

Did you make Jahwin on Cazic Thule?

Mandy and Always are playing there now (Mandy seems to have alts all over servers lol).

I figured... friend list won't let you add a name that doesn't exist on the server.

On the bright side... your name is available if you want to get in on Cazic Thule!

MissMandie, I have a shaman, druid and necro on Xegony. If you need buffs, feel free to stalk Waradin (shaman) or Gaolar (druid). And if you need to be sacrificed in the name of darkness, Garleah Rotgaze is my iksar necro ;)

No more Enchanters allowed however. There's not enough glory to go around... Aenuuven demands it all.

I tried a chanter. That didn't end well...I decided I'm a hell of a slower and buffer but a clothie? Mmmmm not so much Smiley: sly

I like the chanter haste and clarity lines but I prefer to be the buffer that makes a tank go "me love you long time!" and a slower that can take more than a hit or two while screaming frantically "get it off me, get it off me!!!" Smiley: laugh (no, I don't actually do that but every time I see a caster get aggro, I KNOW that's what's goin thru their mind as they run willy nilly all over the place).

What I still to this day hate is the "taunting attacker master"....uhhh wtf? If I'm solo I leave taunt on so my merc n dog switch off but I forgot in a group once....once...that was ugly....

Every time I go to do something solo it's all I can do to not Delete the Enchanter and get me something with plate. And a weapon that doesn't look like a broken broom handle.

But In a group situation I freaking Love crowd control! Making a mob watch his friend die a painful death while I laugh maniacally. Charm is a blast too, with someone to heal my squishy butt anyways.

I hate the squish, but I love the power. And Clarity! Can't forget that.
