Isn't PoJ the scales up the ramp along the hillside? Assuming by "circle" you mean the circle of stones in the cavern down below the ramp to the scales, that would be Valor, Honor, and Tactics (am I missing one?).

It's all good. I had to look on the map file to remember the name of Sol Tower. I knew there was something with Fire there, but couldn't remember the name.

I didn't even get as far as "something with fire". Just a vague feeling that there was more than 3 planes you could access there.
