Well I killed the Dain which was fun and massive faction hits. KC13 was on and he was running over to look the throne room full of dwarves when I had to log to pick up my girlfriend (can't ruin that faction you know). Did you make it in KC?

I sure did. I just followed the bread crumbs (read dwarf corpses) straight to the throne room and looted the Tri-Plated Golden Hackle Hammer for my Bard!! Thanks!!!

This weekend, I worked on my various epics, finally got my Tunare worshiping Paladin full access to Cabilis and worked on the Udumbara, the flower of legend. I'm done all except Plane of Air, Wall of Slaughter and Valley of Lunanyn. My Paladin is only 87 and since the aug is not useable until 90, I have plenty of time to acquire the last 3 items.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Canadian friends. I to am Canadian, but alas, no Turkey pour moi. Finances this year are very tight, lol, it's either a phone or turkey, phone wins!

I ran some CoTF missions to get a 30 purity aug, and then sat around tradeskilling (god, I have so much junk in my bank.. it hurts my brain just thinking about it).

Other than that, I played some Rift with an EQ friend. Also, I can't wait until tomorrow. "The Evil Within" video game is being released here in the U.S., and I pre-ordered a copy on Amazon. Can't. Wait. Any. Longer. ><

How is everyone else?

Hey all, quick question on this. I've never pursued this in the past, since I wasn't high enough to get the top zones done, but now I'm approaching that level, and I noticed I have a couple of the drops for this, so I may go for it. However, my question is this: Are the other augs like this still doable for old hot zones? I know the augs still drop in old hot zones, but do the quest drops still drop, and can you still get the old meta-quests to get the aug?

Thanks,

Tat

PS - to clarify, can you still get the task https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=5542 (Skal's Walking Nightmare), which has drops from the last set of hotzones?

No EQ for me this weekend - I was too busy, but with good things Smiley: smile
The plan was to complete my mages 1.5 or necros 2.0 epic.

My mage has to go to WW again to gather some stuff for epic and I have been playing with the thought to pay a visit to Temple of Veeshan and have a chat with scaly habitants Smiley: sly

I believe so, as Skal's Nightmare still spawns in the various zones. A well named mob I must say, as it has been my bane the last few weeks.
