Does anyone know if the collectable https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=108724" rel="external nofollow" title="https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=108724">Goblin Diary, Page 3 still spawns? I have been looking for it like mad and can not find it, bazaar never has it up for sale, etc...
If you have one, please feel free to parcel it to Sostenes in Cazic Thule lol or if you know where abouts it spawns in the Valley of King Xorbb please do let me know :)

Looks to be pretty rare since there are none in my server's Bazaar and Magelo has no info to speak of about this item.
I'm getting intrigued by "Collectibles" and thinking of making a post about them with a complete list along with the mobs and locations they can be found. Magelo has plenty of info on collectibles that drop from mobs but nothing much on ground spawns since I guess their item collector does not gather info about where a ground spawn was acquired. This would be very helpful info.
Some very rare ground spawns, I suspect a player has discovered the location and is pharming them as soon as they pop because on FV there are collectibles of this sort being sold only by one player, he has a quantity and he usually charges a LOT per unit. By "one player" I don't mean anyone specific, just that someone found the spawn spot and is trying to monopolize it for fun and profit. That's a guess on my part but it seems plausible when a collectible priced at 100k or more is only sold by one seller, and he has a quantity.
Knowledge is the key! If everyone has the knowledge nobody can hog the pops!
Well, to avoid re-inventing the wheel (!) Fanra has a nice list of ALL collectibles right here.

I know of no way to transfer items cross-server except for doing a character transfer. And you can't transfer off FV so as much as I'd like to help, no can do. :(
You wanna move TO FV, I'd sell you one at cost but that's a big commitment just to finish one achievement!

Nah, I was speaking generally. I have no idea who might be pharming this item, or even if it's happening as I described. It's just a theory to explain why an item this rare could be for sale in quantity by only one player on a server. I have been buying Collectibles in the Bazaar and I notice this on rare occasion, particularly with very pricey pieces.
Reading up a bit on Collectibles I also discovered that the spawn locations are random, chosen from among a large number of locations in a zone, so it isn't all that easy to "camp" a specific item since it isn't guaranteed to spawn every time and it could be in a bunch of locations. So unless someone is using a cheat program, it would take an awful lot of active running around a zone to grab these spawns soon after they pop. Not so easy in higher-level zones with aggressive mobs that see thru SI.

Keep checking the Bazaar. Every day. It's funny how this goes. I've seen a few collectibles that are NEVER for sale and then someone puts one up for 200pp. Then a few days later 3 sellers have multiples all asking 40k or more. The thing is people don't know the rarity/value, especially if none are up for sale. I just keep trying, and either I find one that hasn't been for sale in a long while or I find one cheap which people were asking 40k, 50k, 100k and even 250k for. It's nutz to pay those kind of prices.
