Sony never deletes characters on inactive accounts, just patch and play. WB

However, if chars were less than (or equal to?) level 10, and on an inactive account, when there was a server merger, then they were deleted.

I lost a few that way many years ago (over 10 years ago).

If the email isn't available I think you have to call Sony CS, or submit a ticket on their website.

They WANT customers to come back so they'll work with you. YOu will need some info, like your station name, perhaps an original credit card used to pay, answer to a Secret Question if one was set on the account and other personal identifying info.

I was gone a few months a while back and they had wiped my very low level Bazaar mules. By the time I got back most of them had junk stuff for sale but one had a lot of excellent twink gear so I submitted a ticket. They restored that toon with everything on it within a day.

That's what backups are for! So if you're attached to those toons, go for it! On the other hand, it's so easy to level these days that you could just re-create the race/class and, if the character was wiped, you might even be able to use the original name. But I've give their CS a shot, first!

Good Luck, and let us know how it goes.

One of the key codes (e.g., expansion purchase) you used previously for that account usually works as well.
