Hi, I was curious if anyone knows of list that has all the food and drink effects. I have looked but there is not one dedictated site that has them. Any help would be great.
The EQTraders lists are the closest one I can think of.
The EQTraders is probably better, and some of the list might list the stats without having to click, and you see all the recipes.

Easy guide: use Lucy or Lucy Item Link on Zam to see Food Duration Miraculous Meal(120) at the bottom section. 120 means force feed to full and it takes 120 minutes before the auto feed system eats another. If you don't force feed it may last longer, and if you continue to force feed you can do it more often. Miraculous is the longest and with AAs you can double the duration. Can search right here which is what I always do. If you choose FOOD and pick some stats to index on, you still need to pick at least a class, because the search engine is fussy that way.
