For the Record,Follow

This may be of small concern to most of you, but there is a piece of gear, which I did find in Lucy, that cannot be updated when I go into my character database to equip it on Alla's. The piece of gear is the Shoulderguards of Alarm, and here are the following stats I took right from the Lucy database:
