Item Collector ProfilerFollow

Having trouble with item collector not updating my profile. I've tried promiscuous mode. I've entered my login credentials in the profile manager. I've left the profile support file location to default and I've checked the box. Not sure if there is anything else I should try.

Leaving the original post. I had the wrong username in my login credentials and now it's working. I also chose the second of the 2 networks. Hopefully that helps anyone who finds this thread.
