Killing a level 1 a moss snake gave me 26% experience.
Experience is identical to pre patch.

ZEM changes... global or progression only?
Live servers aren't going to quickly notice if Lower Guk goes from 120% to 105% (made up numbers). The server XP rates on live (and hotzones) would mask this pretty good. And live servers don't have the group xp bonus that makes solo so unattractive...
I predict:
down in XP: Upper Guk, Lower Guk, Crushbone, Unrest, Mistmoore, The Hole, High Keep, maybe even both Ro
Up in XP: Karanas, Split Paw, Kedge, Lavastorm, Kithicor, Lake Rathetear
I have no real basis for the predictions.
