I am just returning to the game and am trying to look for a quest for Pry Open the Northman Heritage Crate any one know where to look this up. Seems like a lot of changes in the game and information. Thank you

That would be this quest. However the Northman Heritage Crate is no longer available in the Daybreak Marketplace. You can still buy pieces off players selling them on your server.
