Why doesn't the item search have the "effects" available anymore?

The effects window contained about 56000 spells in it everytime you clicked to drop down the menu which caused some browsers to freeze. I am currently working on another design.

Thanks for putting it back for now until you come up with something else. Even though it may be slow on some browsers, it's usefulness far outweighs the slowness.
