Unable to find anything on Councilman Haldan or the event he is in.

I implore you to help us save Councilman Haldan. Our faithful friend has not returned from Mistmoore Catacombs. We sent our fair companion into that diabolic tomb to look for treasures. Councilman Haldan has not returned and we fear our friend has fallen into the hands of the foul undead. If you are heroic enough to take on this challenge, you can find your way into that horrible place through a crypt in Lesser Faydark.
