Monk / Boost bug ?

I'm a Mithra Monk ( lvl 34 atm ) on the Phoenix server...

Everytime that I boost more than 3 times before an attack ( sometimes I'll boost like 7 times ), I always MISS.

Every time, I will miss. No matter what, if I boost too much, I will miss...

So the question is this:

Is this the game's way of saying that when you boost attack rating too much that your character can't handle it ?

and if so...why no documented explanation ?

It was probably just a coincidence that you missed everytime you boosted more than three times. I boost a lot when my party is healing, usually more than three times, and havn't had any problems landing my first hit. Of course, I'm an elvaan, so I miss a lot of the time other than that :) But, I don't think it's scripted that you'll automatically miss if you boost over three times. You were probably just really unlucky. Besides, from my experience it doesn't seem to help to boost more than once, since doubling your attack with boost doesn't really increase your damage very much.

I'm a Hume Monk who even has a lower chance of hitting and I still hit fine after Boost. I'd have to say I hit about 75-80% of my first attacks. It's the attacks after that where I can miss 3-4 times in a row. I tried the Hundred Fist and missed about 7 times in row before finally hitting the stupid tough Gobo and killing him. I need rings an earrings to raid my accuracy stats.
