PS2 issues (was forum=82)

Have any other ps2 users been having issues with lag and freezing? I am wondering if the game has outgrown the original platform. I contacted a GM today and was informed by him that ps2 users are the ones having the most trouble with these types of problems ever since Aht Urgen. The game has become almost unplayable for me. Just curious to hear if others have been having similar problems.

Just within the past 6 months or so it has gotten really bad for me. I try to avoid Whitegate as much as possible. Never know when it is going to just freeze, timeout, or DC me to Playonline.

Everywhere else seems fine though.

Both the NPC that sells Imp coins 5/7 and also the warp taru seem to freeze up every 5/10 times, before was just zoning from upper jeuno to lower jeuno that did that on my ps2 :(
Atleast after getting back in warp taru does not doube charge you for warp to you nation or jeuno :)
