Prouesse ring, Terminus earring, Temachtianl gear, Martial master, Saltena (or Elshena, Montagna, Maringna) do these stack ? and give improved skill up rates ?
I would imagine they would, but there's absolutely no way to tell.
I am pretty sure they do... otherwise why would SE have several of the same kind of skill gain pieces in the Temachtianl set?
Given how many means they have given us of increasing skill up rates: equipment, food, kupowers/Ionis, and now trust npcs, my best *guess* is that all of it stacks.

I'm waiting for SE to release a statement that says, "We understand the confusion. We put the skill on multiple pieces so you only had to sacrifice one slot to skill gain for each combat and magic."

Why stop there? Might as well go the whole "Tanaka and Sage Sundi" route and have them state "If you know it in your heart then let it be true!"
