what spec help for running away (speed) and casting as fast (and as many bolts) as possible for rune?

I have been told the best way to spec a RM is to go full Runecarving, you get 2 bolt spells both with 1850 range and I am pretty sure the speed spell is in the base spell line

I agree with Kiban, go 47/26, thats the best spec for RC runie. You get your top of the line bolt, PBT and speed. You may consider doing a dark runie if your into rvr. Both are great, I just mention the dark spec since in rvr you may find yourself using DD a lot.

i have to agree with kiban. the best runemaster is 47-26-5.
RC-SUP-Dark this will use all the points you get up to level 50, and give you hard hitting bolts, also will give you the 8 second bubble. a very sound combo. although some do major in darness for the faster casting spells that it has i still think that the RC major is better... more dmg per spell.
one down side to the RC major (just so everyone knows) the RC bolts are treated like "bolts" IE: if you try to fire through a team-mate, the bolt will ALWAYS miss as if you'd hit the team-mate causing no dmg at all. (just had to put that out there so we're all on the same page)

47 RC yields the highest bolt and highest GTAOE. Over 47 in runecarving will not give any significant spell additions. With the bolts and DD's you can easily solo yellow and OJ mobs in PvE. In PvP you can drop OJ or Red Albs and Hibs in the BG's with 2 bolts +/- 1 or 2 DD's. GTAOE is awesome in keep defense. You and 2 or 3 complimentary classes can defend a spot for hours against overwhelming odds.
26 Suppression will give the group pulsing bladeturn. Some love it - some think it overrated. Secondary spec in suppression also gives Nearsight which drops the range of enemy casters and archers. I am looking forward to picking this spell up. Archers own me in Leirvik. 3 arrows and I'm dead.
