Good server to play onFollow

#1 May 19 2004 at 10:25 AM Rating: Decent
Hello all, I have been playing DAoC for at least a couple of years. My main server is Tristan and I did belong to the Knights of Ni! there. That guild has died and the server has become a ghost town. No matter when I log in none of my friends I have are on and getting invites to groups seems impossible. I do not have any high lvl alts, my highest is a lvl 25 paly, so my question is.
Is there a server where game play and interaction with players still exists for the medium to low lvl alts? I really love the game but not being able to get into groups is frustrating as well as being downright rude.

Thanks

GW

dont know if its rude, but it can be very frustrating.

im a 35th thane on Bors server and know exactly what you are talking about.

i find it hard to get mid level pick up groups and most of my guild is 45+ so im not ready to group with them and be much more then a hinderance to the group.

oh well. back to tradeskilling for me until i cant working Armorcraft without a tailor around.

Any of the big servers are very nice. I spend most of my time ih Hib/Bors but it's very hard there for lowbies.

Go here:
http://www.camelotherald.com/index.shtml

On the lower right side you will see the server's and the numbers of players online for each.

The higher populated servers are very lowbie friendly.

Hey. I had 42 Albion Scout 1 yr ago on the RP server Guinevere. I don't even know if hes still there. Was thinking of coming back because SWG is so very very bad. I tried SWG when it first came out and quit in one month. Then just tried it again for a month and just cancelled it again today.
I miss grouping and such.

You all say joining an old popular server is the best way to go like the one I was on. But I thought that just like Everquest you should stay away from the older ruined servers. I was on Quellious. 56 wiz. Bad economy and most the higher level guilds are static and they spend most their time playing twinks.
I thought playing on a fresh new server with very little high level players anbd guilds would be the best. I know it is for Everquest. WHich is the newest servers and how old are they? I live in Phx Az. west coast. If this is a mistake please tell me so I dont waste time.

Basically need something to do for 6 months till WOW and EQ2 comes out.

Knights of Ni? I have heard of them. A friend of mine used to belong to that guild. I would suggest coming to Lancelot. Its one of the more populated servers.
