So many changes, I need some help/insightFollow

With the upcoming addition of NF I'm excited about the new features but at the same time irritated with the Ranger "nerfing." I'm semi-new to DAoC (only been playing for a few months, best char 43 Luri Ranger)but spent many an hour trying to hunt, RvR and quest to make a solid, heavy hitting Ranger.

My template was going to be hard hitting, slow bows and pound rp's to get Mastery of Archery to shoot faster....bam!! gone.

I said "ok" now I'll just focus on my quickness then...ha! come to find out the quickness bonus for draw time is capped at 250...grrr, so there is no way that I know of to get to the 1.5 second draw time cap unless I use a short, wimpy bow.

Anyway, I could go on more but I'm sure you get the gist of my frustration. The main question I have for the boards is: "Where can I find an official posting from the TL's showing the progress of class fixes/changes?" I found the TL's "to do" list on the VN boards but nowhere can I find what is actually being worked on or considering be worked on or what has been scratched completely. Any help would be appreciated.
