PalomidesFollow

Okay, I started my char on Palomides in Hibernia because Hibernia was strong there and we always had DF. Now I want to know why the Midgard, the weakest realm on that server always has DF until about 7 PM when Hibernia FINALLY sqeaks by them and gets enough keeps. Does anyone know why this is? Or where a 27 Hero can easily lvl besides DF?
