Anyone have a list (Partial or Full) of vendors in Albion that take Bounty Points.

I could be completely wrong, but I think you don't spend bounty points. No one ever told me this, but I believe bounty points are how much you are worth killing, in rvr action. In essence, like the old western movies, the bounty on your head lol.

They've been thinking about using ways to spend bounty points for a while (I don't know if they implemented it yet, I haven't played in a bit). When I left, you only used them for paying for your house really, and guild BPs paid for keeps you owned. Beyond that, they were effectively useless.
TOA you can spend BP's! Oceanus hesperos I know for sure.
There's a merchant in gothwaite castle near the name registrar that sells useless stuff for bounty points. Also there is a merchant in the church in Camelot, near the north gate entrance (side entrance to the church). But I suggest you just save them and use them to pay rent on a house if you have one.
