Hey all im looking for some cool glowy swords im a s/s 24 Pally , thx
Try dartmoor at the giants. Your a bit low but with a group you might.. No nm... dont try that till your 30's. Level in Catacombs until then then go kill ponies in dartmoor until you can take on the giants. Then get your Glowie.

Or if you have enough money try browse the merchant explorer in the housing zone.
