ToA Tailoring?Follow

As to my knowleage there is no way as of eyt to make ToA or Epic styled armor or capes .... but i heard a real nice rumor in the catacombs expansion that i am not sure is real or not but apperently in the Catacombs expansion they were talking about a new craft class that allow's u to take your epic to a new level .. sorta legendary armor ... has proc's on it and what stats is depended on by what items are combined with it .. such as the epic weapons .. as this is still a rumor i am afraid it may not be true but i will be asking mythic directly if they can put such a system in to this as it would make for more intense PvP battles and PvE would be a little more independent :) i shall get back to u on this but i doubt it will be a good answer :)
