Clerical AidFollow

Question: If as a cleric I aid with healing another player whose level is significantly lower than mine and I am not grouped with that player (nor have I interacted with the mob fighting with the player aided) does that reduce the aided player's XP on that encounter?

Yes.

It may even dispose of it altogether, such that those under 6 would rather die than get your healing.

Obviously, if that person /yells for help or something.. heal them. They'd rather miss out on exp than have to die, release, lose exp, pay for con loss, and come back to pray. But usually I only help them if they /yell, or if they're truly on the brink of death.

Got it. Good Samaritanship has a cost to the recipient.
Aid only on request or when near death. Thanks to those who replied.
