Need help of what to spec for rvr infilFollow

hey im going to /level 20 and infil soon enough for pvping and was wodnering which spec is best for this?
i have heard this so far: mainly focus on leveling in CS and thrust
secodnary focus-stealth, VM
and then my least of all focus when using exp points should be DW
im getting mixed messages here and i want to know from a bunch of experts, in your experience, what spec is the best for a pvper?
