I have problems logging into my account, I have forgotton my username, but I have my cd key with me, I tried calling the number inside the manual but it said that the numbers were dialled wrong or incomplete, I live in Australia and I think I can't dial overseas, is there any way I can contact a camelot administrator or something? can't I have a chat?

Are you dialing internationally? You have to dial 0011-1-(area code) (telephone #) to reach a number in the U.S.
You will probably also have to have your "secret word" in order for them to give you your log-in ID, so I hope you remember it.
