I am about to level to 48.
What is the Maximum number of Skin Creams I can turn in to Chelseigh Stilman in Cammy. I was told 15....then I was told 25 would give you even more exp....

Pretty sure you can turn in only 15, but try to turn in more.. there was a recent patch note that made it 25 and also the items were made delvable (with shift+i), but i don't know if it was implemented on the live servers yet.
